Context
E-Proposal digitizes proposal submission and review for Kementerian Desa, PDT dan Transmigrasi (the Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration) — replacing a paper-based funding-proposal workflow used across many village-level applicants.
Technical challenge
Modeling a multi-stage review/approval workflow so proposals moved through the right approval chain without manual tracking, on Laravel + Inertia.
Contribution
Led the build as Dev Lead, covering the workflow engine and the applicant-facing submission flow.
